Schedule your Consult:
After receiving your inquiry form, We will reach out to you via email to schedule your Complimentary Floral Consultation. This will take place via Google Meet and we will send you a meeting link to join our chat.
2. Initial Consultation:
During our virtual consultation, we will explore your design vision and preferences, carefully understanding your needs and desires to ensure we provide the highest level of service tailored just for you.
**How to Prepare for Our Meeting:** To maximize the value of your initial consultation, I encourage you to come prepared with a general color palette, a budget range, rough quantities of items on your wish list, and a Pinterest board, if available. This preparation will allow us to create a beautiful mood board and a more precise proposal once you secure your date with us. While the finer details can be refined as you continue your planning, the priority is to lock in your date for an unforgettable experience!
3. After your Consultation:
Following our initial consultation, we will craft a bespoke design proposal that truly reflects your vision. We will reserve a soft hold on your selected date for a period of seven days. During this time, we encourage you to review the proposal and submit any adjustments you wish. Additionally, you are welcome to schedule another call for further discussion. To proceed with securing our exquisite floral services, we require a 20% deposit along with a signed contract. The deposit will be applied in full to your total invoice.
4. Deposit and Detailed Planning:
Once we receive the retainer and signed contract we will initiate a detailed floral design and planning process, ensuring that every aspect of your events floral arrangements is meticulously curated to match your unique vision.
5. Final Details Meeting:
Approximately one month prior to your event, we will have a final details meeting. During this meeting, we will go over all the final aspects of your event florals including any changes, adjustments, or additions you may require. This will help us ensure that everything is perfectly in place for the big day.
Changes to your floral proposal
Any floral design changes can be made up to 90 days before your event.
Any quantity changes can be made up to 30 days before your event
Final payment is due 30 days prior.
